PPM Data Entry is a workforce management that provides data entry services to private and governmental institutions. Our main goal is to support our client's digitization requirements by converting scanned papers into editable digital documents.
Having our own PPM captcha data software and server, our goal is to be the largest Online Captcha Data Entry Work Provider here in the Philippines and all around the world.
We are currently looking for typers from around the globe. All you need to do to be able to work with us is a computer with an internet connection and the ability to type at least 30 Words Per Minute.
Our schedules are flexible. You can work at any hour that you want and for as long as you please. The quicker you type, the more earnings you receive.

Payments

Your work is reviewed every hour. If we find incorrect answers, we will deduct it from the total amount images you have decoded; consequently your Estimated Balance will be reduced.
  • Your Software Estimated Balance is updated daily at 1:00pm
  • The payments are processed once every Tuesday at 5:00am
  • Payments can take until Thursday morning before you see the funds on your PPM Account.
  • In order to get paid, your Estimated Balance needs to reach a minimum amount of $1.50 before Tuesday
  • If your Estimated Balance did not meet the previous conditions, the amount you have gained will stay on your account until the minimum balance is reached and the payment will be made next Tuesday
  • If your payment met the previous conditions, your software's Estimated Balance will reset to zero

Overview

Requirements

Please take note that for better work results kindly follow this requirements:
  • Own a PC or Laptop to work
  • Working in internet cafe is not advisable due to internet unstability
  • Typing speed at least 30 words per minute
  • Internet connection at least 1Mbps
  • Type A to Z letters without seeing keyboard
  • Don't put any downloads while you are working
  • Microsoft NetFramework 2.0 and 4.0
  • WinZip

  • Work Fast
    This is both a Rule and a Tip. You will earn more in less time if you work faster. On the other hand, your Data Entry Account will reset if the timer in your work panel expires repeatedly.
  • Type Correctly. Even the uppercase and lowercase letters!
    Always read and check what you type before you press Enter. It is very important that you type as accurately as possible. You will also need to type UPPER CASE LETTERS (Capital letters) and lower case letters (minuscule letters) exactly as they’re shown in the images. Your Data Entry Account may need a reset if you make too many typing mistakes.
  • Don’t Type Garbage!
    We understand that anyone can make a few mistakes while typing, but typing incorrect text on purpose is considered a very serious offense. Any text that doesn’t resemblance the content of the Image is considered “garbage”. We will suspend your account and not pay you if you type garbage text.

  • Minimum accuracy (Precision Rate) is 90%
    If you type 10 captchas on PPM-Data Entry work, 9 captchas should be entered correctly.
  • Never Try to Cheat
    Follow your instincts, if you think something is wrong then don't do it. We’re very happy to have you as part of our team, but we have zero tolerance for cheaters. Don't risk getting your account suspended and losing your hard earned money! Work honestly and secure your payment.

Tips 

  • Images are not loading up fast enough?
    If the timer is running and images are not loading fast enough, then you might have a problem with your internet connection. Make sure that you're not downloading anything and that nobody else is using the internet while you are working. If the images are still not loading up in time, you should upgrade to a faster internet connection.
  • Press the Esc Key if you can't read the image
    Only press Esc Key for images that can't be read after they have loaded. Sometimes images will take a few seconds to be loaded. Avoid pressing Esc Key until the image has properly loaded. Your Data Entry Account will need a reset if you use Esc Key repeatedly.

  • Working with 2 word images (Several Tips)
    • Always leave a space between the two words:

    • If one of the words is only partially readable, then type the readable part (try to avoid ESC)

    • You don't need to type symbols or punctuation marks

  • Images with spaces and letter separation
    Be careful with images that appear to have spaces between the letters, most of them don't! You will only need to type space on images that has 2 words.

  • Only focus on main text
    There are some images that appear to have small sized text at the top or at the bottom. Avoid typing this small text! Only type the larger and most visible contents of the image.

  • Image availability
    Sometimes captchas some faster, sometimes slower. It depends on number of workers and amount of job at the present moment. Just keep working.




How To Use 

  1. Open PPM-Data Entry file from your Desktop by right clicking it and select Run as Administrator

  2. Welcome to our Software

  3. Always check our Notifications

  4. Under Settings Tab you can Login your PPM Account. 
    Click Sound Button to be alarmed when an image is available 
    Make sure you have activated your Data Entry Account first

  5. Click Done after a successful Login

  6. Under Workspace Tab you can see your Account Status. 
    Click Start if you are ready for work

  7. If you want to work with Multiple Accounts at the same time, repeat Steps 4 and 5 
    Advisable number of Accounts to work with at the same time is 5 to 7 
    If you dont type fast enough, dont use too many Accounts working at the same time

  8. Press Start

  9. /Images are loading. It may take some time, just be patient

  10. Your Estimated Balance is now being displayed

  11. Type the image accurately and press Enter before the timer runs out

  12. Advantage of multiple accounts, while Doing an image from one account, an image from other Accounts is already waiting

  13. Posted /images for your session is displayed

  14. Press Stop before submitting the last image if you want to stop working

  15. But don't press Close yet! /Images are still loading. Submit those first

  16. After submitting, your Accounts' Status will become Paused 
    You can now close the software
